Our "Work that meets your objective, or you don't pay" promise applies to projects where Creative North has failed to meet objectives clearly established at the start of the engagement. To qualify, it must be demonstrated that the missed objective was the direct result of Creative North's negligence or failure to perform — not circumstances outside our control or delays caused by the client, including but not limited to late delivery of assets, feedback, or approvals. All objectives, deadlines, and deliverables are defined and agreed upon at the outset of each project. Creative North is committed to making every project right.
